Too busy for new clients? I had Taves come out to assess a chimney/roof repair that I needed done. It took over a month to get pricing. I accepted the price but after back and forth, poor communication, and no firm schedule to complete the work I reached out to another company who quoted and completed the project within 1 week for less than half of Tave’s price unbeknownst to them. I stopped following up with Taves and they haven’t reached back out in over 3 months

I had a frustrating experience working with this company. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up multiple times on simple requests, including having their sign removed from my property months after the job was completed. There were also aspects of the project that I wish had been communicated more clearly at the time, as it led to concerns afterward. I had a leak in my roof coming into our bedroom. Another roofing company couldn’t find the problem after a 3 hour appointment. Corey F from Taves Roofing found the problem in less than an hour. He did a temporary fix to stop the leak but had to come back the next day as the leak persisted. Now we wait for better weather to do a permanent fix by replacing a roof drain that had rotted causing the leak. Corey was punctual and polite and a great trouble shooter. My metal roof was leaking. I had stated not an emergency however in less than 24 hours Cory came and fixed it. He’s absolutely the best. He’s very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about my roof and chimney.
