We had a great experience with Taves Roofing. From first contact when they came out to review the replacement, scheduling, pricing, to site cleanliness and finishing on time, their team got it all right. Would recommend them to neighbours and family. Thank you for making a roof replacement an easy and quick experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, arrived on time, and completed the job exactly as promised. They cleaned everything up afterward, and the new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend Taves Roofing!”

Too busy for new clients? I had Taves come out to assess a chimney/roof repair that I needed done. It took over a month to get pricing. I accepted the price but after back and forth, poor communication, and no firm schedule to complete the work I reached out to another company who quoted and completed the project within 1 week for less than half of Tave’s price unbeknownst to them. I stopped following up with Taves and they haven’t reached back out in over 3 months

There were also aspects of the project that I wish had been communicated more clearly at the time, as it led to concerns afterward. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would encourage others to ask detailed questions and ensure clear communication. I have given 2 stars... read more
