Terrible customer service on the parts department. I make a call about 6:00pm and the person very unprofessional over the phone i think was sleeping and with any intention to make a sell . Please be careful with the people you hire is terrible .

I had a great experience buying my pickup truck from Xavier. He was very nice, honest, and super helpful throughout the whole process. He even went the extra mile to fix a light that wasn’t working on the truck before I took it home. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a good vehicle and great service

Down through the years my car buying experience had resulted in not being totally satisfied with the overall encounter. What a dissappoiment. I received a call about 2 weeks ago, to alert me of a recall and I had to come in right away. I asked the person if she was sure of the recall since I didn't get an postcard or email to notify me. She said the recall was new and had to do with the acceleration. I said I brought my truck in a few weeks ago to address a recall for the ABS. She said this was a different one. So we scheduled an appointment for today. The Service Department guy ( I wont say a name ) Said they don't take my warranty and tried to make me pay out of pocket for the issue with my car. I called a few days later and asked the service department coordinator if they took my warranty as was told they do!!!!! I feel you can't trust the dealership because this happened to me it's sad ... I used this dealership for repairs for both my vehicles but not anymore 😔 I feel betrayed..
