I’ve eaten 100 times at this restaurant, no exaggeration. I don’t know what’s going on but this was awful tonight. So many problems I don’t know where to begin. Service was bad, salad was wet and soggy, no one gave me ground pepper. I got steak, it was chewy and had no steak knife. Wife had Caesar salad with chicken that was cold and inedible. Food was not fresh or homemade. Very disappointing. Salad was way over dressed, vegetables on the branzino were terrible, asparagus was stringy and overcooked, supposed to have pancetta on the clams but it was ham not panchetta. service from Brenna was wonderful, patient, accommodating, wine expert. Probably won’t go back. Unfortunate. Have been going there for years and the food recently was not very good.
Outstanding spot for large groups. They easily accommodated our group of 20 plus with excellent service that was really friendly. Great assortment of food and appetizer options.
The bartender and staff made this an excellent experience. The drinks were excellent. I thought Taverna had eggplant parmesan which they didn't. No problem. The bartender sent a special request to the chef and just like that I am eating this scrumptious eggplant parmesan!
