Though it was super busy, our group of four got seated in about 20 minutes. We sat and talked for a couple of hours as we were catching up with friends we hadn’t seen in years, our waitress never made us feel rushed and did a great job serving us. Two of us in our group have Celiac and this is HANDS DOWN the best gluten free food I’ve ever had. The breading sticks well, it’s crispy, and soooo delicious!!! Tavern in the Square, the North End branch was absolutely stunning. Clean, beautiful, and relaxing atmosphere. I love the food we ordered. We ordered chicken and burger. They were both well cooked and delicious. The portion was enough and it wasn’t pricey at all. I would go there again.
Across the street from the Garden. Has some outdoor seating, as well as a busy scene inside pre and post game.
Very pleased with our meal! My friend has a gluten allergy and was so excited with all the gluten free options. We got fried pickles- which she has never been able to have before- and each ordered a sandwich. Her bun looked a little different than mine and she said it tasted great for gluten free. By the end of our meal we were stuffed and nobody got sick… so definitely a great spot that is sensitive to allergies.
just awful. justin spat in my sister’s face as soon as we walked in. he then proceeded to call us derogatory slurs and flashed us. pretty sure he roofied my mom and stepped on her toe on the way out, but she can’t remember.
