Tavern in the Square is good at its mission, being a tavern. Great beer selection, plenty of TVs, clean, comfortable, attentive service and good tavern faire. The kitchen can also manage an allergy or special requirement. It's a professional team. It's not a Michelin star restaurant but it's not called Joie de Something either...
Met my niece for dinner before a hockey game! The server, Nate was so kind and gave us time to visit before taking our orders. Drinks were Delicious!! And the food hot and fresh! Then Nate delivered an order of cake pops with frost for dipping for my birthday!! (Which was few days ago!) he even put a candle in one!! So sweet!! Thank you Nate!! if i could put 0 i would i ate here yesterday with my family after getting out of work and there were rats running around and the servers just watched and looked at it laughed and look at me i told the people at the other table there’s a rat climbing up your table i was so uncomfortable i don’t ever think ill eat at this location ever again even the manager made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal she’d said this happed before.. ok if so what are u doing to prevent this… rats crawling in the kitchen and in peoples food DONT EA... read more
