Okay , first and foremost this is a real review! I moved to San Diego July 2022 - i was loooking at multiple buildings in Chula Vista & the Tavera ultimately stole my heart. What really sold the deal the amazing staff, especially Crystal. Would’ve loved the opportunity to tour this apartment. Received a text message 3 hours before our tour asking to reschedule due to being short staffed. I replied that we were unable to reschedule as this is the only day we had available to complete apartment tours. Never received a follow up text, call or email. When we arrived for our scheduled time, the leasing office was locked. No sign of anyone other than another prospective tenant who said it was an immediate red flag.
