We absolutely loved living in this apartment for the past five years! The location is perfect—just minutes from Otay Ranch Town Center, supermarkets, shops, cafes, and beautiful parks for walking. The apartment itself is cozy and well-maintained, and the service here is exceptional. Anytime we had an issue, we could simply log a ticket, and Rodrigo or another maintenance team member would be there within a few hours to fix it. Truly a great place to call home!
Nice property and the staff is amazing! A big shout out to Nancy and Crystal for always being ready to assist with a friendly attitude and a smile on their faces. I absolutely love living at Tavera!!
I moved in about 6 months ago, and I have to say that my move in and overall experience with staff was the best I have had in my years as a renter. The apartment complex is always clean and up to date. Staff also responds to any maintenance needs in a timely manner. I am overall happy to live in my apartment.
I've truly enjoyed my time at Tavera. Me and my family have been here almost two years and we love it here. The management team is consistently responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The amenity, e.g., gym, pool is a fantastic addition, and the location is perfect for commuting, shopping, parks. I would Highly recommend!
