☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend this nail salon. From the moment I sat down, the entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was passed back and forth between two different nail technicians, and both were rude. They looked at me like I was disgusting, and the way I was treated made me feel singled out and unwelcome. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. When she was about halfway finished with doing my nails, I noticed that my thumbnail was extremely uneven. She attempted to fix it, but it never worked. After she finished my nails, I realized that my middle finger nail was extremely crooked. I asked her nicely if she would fix the nail. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I made an appointment specifically to remove Gel X after returning from vacation. When I arrived, I was told I was actually scheduled for a pedicure instead. Communication was difficult because not everyone spoke or understood English clearly, which caused confusion from the beginning.
