I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I made an appointment specifically to remove Gel X after returning from vacation. When I arrived, I was told I was actually scheduled for a pedicure instead. Communication was difficult because not everyone spoke or understood English clearly, which caused confusion from the beginning. Friendly, professional staff. I always have wonderful experience here.
This place gave me the worst pedicure and fill I’ve had in a very long time. It seems like they were in a rush to be done that the quality of the work went out the window. I would not be back and I highly DINT recommend!
Terrible job. This was the results asking for a mani with a full set. The paint color is welting and has folded, and my cuticles look horrendous. For the price they charge, I expected to at least be satisfied, if not blown away. Great service is not something that is consistent and given to every customer, unfortunately.
