so here we go again with this "luxurious" gated community. Tava water is bad with the parking rules. My car is in mechanical they give me another car less than an hour. They look the car and I have to pay $160 just to remove the look I miss my work because of it sucks.

To start off check out this video on the ring app https://neighbors.ring.com/n/Vwa3Ye0t1O this happens every day in a so called "safe and private community" where there's security guards but they don't do anything Mail boxes were broken into at the beginning of 2023 and now April 2023 haven't been fixed yet . it's all terrible and it all starts with management. All the apples are rotte, they need to dispose of them and start fresh.

Maintenances is slow takes weeks to get any responses.
Moved out of this property. returned as a guest and was targeted by staff police called on me. These people are cruel. This property was sued in 2018 for infants inhaling rat residue. Look it up on google worst decision in life I would not live here if I was you. The management is too personal and not good.
I lived at this property 4 years. maintenance was slow and management was cruel to me and friends. After moving I returned to property as a guest of a leasing tenant and was then railroaded by staff being cruel into the management saying I never moved out in which I did. Now they are black balling me into an eviction. Worst renting experience, you could of experience. Reframe from moving to this property at all costs.
They are the so greedy and rude. They towed my handicapped mother car and made her drive 30 minutes and pay $310 dollar to get it back. Not only that buy they charge random fee all kinds of dumb thing. And if you have an issue with the apartment maintenance takes weeks to fix anything. Whatever you think you will be paying for this place multiply it by 1.5 and that will be a lot closer to the real cost.
