We booked Tav for our pool closing and were extremely happy with the service. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. See you in the spring!
This is the first year I had Tav Pools close our pool. I cannot recommend them enough. I originally ordered the wrong size cover and they didn’t hesitate to correct MY mistake. The very next day they were back making sure my pool was completely winter ready properly. I am so glad I met Sandra and the team at Tav pools. They are my go to for all my future pool needs. The crew was always polite, took care to close all gates and let us know when they were on the way. This is the first season we used them and wished we found them sooner! Thanks for the bluest swim season yet!
Tav Pools has always gone above and beyond with helping us out. They have done our openings and closings for the last couple of years and it's always seamless and worry free. Any minor issues we have had with our pool Frank has always been quick to explain how we fix it and given us great instruction. Very happy with Tav Pools. Update 2025: Still love Tav Pools, they are always incredibly helpful.
Even if you know absolutely nothing about pools which I am in that boat. They are very friendly and take the time to explain everything. When walking into the store you're greeted by usually two to three employees which is nice because sometimes you feel like you're bothering employees. This is not the case here. My pool was green and I could not figure out why they did a water test and determined the problem after a short while my ugly pool went to a beautiful pool . Thank you TAV POOLS.
