I had such a great experience at Tav Pools, everything from the selection to the service was top-notch!
We’ve dealt with a number of local pool companies over the years, and Tav Pools consistently delivers outstanding service at fair pricing. Specifically, we’ve had issues with both our liner and pump this season and we were nervous in both situations that they would require replacing. Instead of suggesting costly replacements, Tav told us we had life left in both the liner and the pump and repaired quickly, efficiently and affordably. They have loyal customers in us and we highly recommend!
Sean and staff have been amazing at all our needs. We are looked after every time we have a pool issue with no problems at all .our brand new Saltinator stopped working due to a faulty board and Sean guided us through the warranty process quickly . New part arriving in 2_3 days .
I use to have problems with my pool all the time until I started to come to Tav Pools the employees are amazing and very knowledgeable and my pool has looked amazing ever since.
It’s unfortunate.. I have been going to Tav pools for all my pool & spa needs for many years! But since the new owner has taken over & new workers in store it just hasn’t been the same.. The knowledge, friendliness & level of work is just not great.
