I engaged TAV pools as a local dealer for Pentair products to replace my remote with the upgraded app. They were great to work with and did the work well. A few months following a sensor failed which necessitated a replacement, Pentair refused stating it was not part of the upgrade. Sean and team at TAV graciously took care of the work as part of their warrantee. This was very good of them and I recommend their service team without hesitation.
I’ve been using Tav Pools to open and close my pool for many years and they’ve consistently been amazing. This season I had an unexpected issue come up and they were incredibly quick to step in and help. Sean, the owner, is so genuine and professional, and Matt, who usually does the service on my pool, is the sweetest. This is the first year I had Tav Pools close our pool. I cannot recommend them enough. I originally ordered the wrong size cover and they didn’t hesitate to correct MY mistake. The very next day they were back making sure my pool was completely winter ready properly. I am so glad I met Sandra and the team at Tav pools. They are my go to for all my future pool needs. The crew was always polite, took care to close all gates and let us know when they were on the way. This is the first season we used them and wished we found them sooner! Thanks for the bluest swim season yet!
