Placed a service call on Wednesday with america home shield insurance. Representative looked up prior requests on same problem and agreed to wave this service request fee. Plumber came today and without even looking at problem left due to fee being waived. He said he would come back tomorrow. Thanks a lot for no service.
Highly recommend! We were having issues with plumbing in our main bathroom. We initially had master plumbers come out and they charged us upwards 400$ to set a flange and wanted to charge us 100$ more to set our toilet. Needless to say we declined the toilet setting as we can do that our selves. The flange was not installed correctly ending in the toilet to rock and damage the pipes further. Work performed was not what was agreed to less than 30% performed. Billed nearly $600 for 2 days that were not worked. The estimate was changed to from a flat rate to an hourly rate without our consent.
