NEVER USE THEM FOR REPAIRS. I called and my fiancé was home when they came to work on our washer and the guy was super rude, arrogant, and even had the audacity to give her crap for what kind of dog we have! I was told what day my items would be delivered and it was even on the sales receipt. Well come delivery day, I waited until 4 p.m and decided to call the store and make sure they were going to deliver it that same day. The lady I spoke to said that they tried to call but the number was wrong, so they didn't come. She said they could not make it that day and it would have to be the next day (with 1 1/2 hours left until their closing).
