So this is a review about service or rather lack of it. I purchased from Taurus Legend a Eisberge 55L Dual Zone Fridge Freezer, looks good size specific for my vehicle. Following the operating instructions the fridge doesn't do as is written. I set temperatures and monitor fridge for 2 days. It does chill but will not function properly, cycle on/off or display temps. The item (a tyre changing station) arrived with each powder coated component scratched or damaged in some way. After agreeing to accept a return of the item, the merchant is refusing to refund the initial shipping cost on the basis that the item would have still functioned as intended regardless of the damage and so the return is a "change of mind". Poor quality products and quality assurance, poor customer service and a complete lack of understanding of Australian Consumer Law.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I purchased a portable fridge online from these guys and didn’t end up needing it so I sent the item back for a refund. Taurus Legend received the fridge back and refused my refund, despite offering change of mind returns. They claimed it wasn’t their item and that they never had this product and I was trying to return another sellers item. They said that I “obviously got confused”. Absolutely ridiculous. The Taurus Legend car/camping refrigerator is one of the best things we have ever bought. But not only is it a great shopping/picnic/camping asset ... it also came with excellent after-sales service. One day, the unit began beeping for no obvious reason and although the temperature remained constant, the beeping continued. I emailed Taurus Legend, described the problem, and Bryan emailed the information I needed to make a simple adjustment! It's a pleasure to deal with you, Bryan. Thank you.
