I was apprehensive about claiming with these guys, but after jumping through the hoops (I'm sure you'd have you'd have to jump through with any insurance company) They were faultless. I had a samsung zflip 7 that had a damaged screen. And within 2 weeks of sending my phone in I had it back as good as new. Only negative is that they cleared my phone back to factory reset mode, after asking them not to. But thankfully I had everything backed up. So no biggie, it was a present I'm glad I've got sorted. I have NEVER encountered a company as incompetent, careless, and money-grabbing as Taurus Insurance. Avoid them like the plague. They demanded a mountain of documents to approve a claim. I had to dig back 2.5 years for the original proof of purchase, and then spent three weeks proving usage — all while dealing with clueless, unhelpful staff. worst insurance company ever, do not buy Gadget insurance from them, seems like one of the insurance companies that takes money but looks for excuses to reject your claims when you need them i have peding claim for my phone lost, and so many unimportant and silly questions i have been asked, which shows their intentions. You contact CS they are as unhelpful. A simple suggestion is to DO NOT BUY YOUR GADGET INSURANCE FROM THEM, or from post office insuracne
