Asked a technical question through their website a while ago. Wasted my time. I currently have several doors by this company and cannot recommend as I can't get an answers.
Terrible service - tried to buy the nylon material that slides inside the roller door tracks and they can't assist. I spoke to other roller door installers, and they said I need to buy direct from Stramit/Taurean or I need to replace the entire door. Looks like I have to replace the entire door (which will be another brand)
Called them on 11/2/2025 left a message they didn’t call back called today again waited 15 minutes to speak to someone asked the question about getting our serviced got told to call a door company then she hung up on me! This company is totally 100 percent NOT customer service focused!!!!!!
This company is a joke. No one can help you no one returns calls or emails. We had our garage door’s delivered on the 1/11/23 but they didn’t deliver the tracks, mounting gear or chains. After calling and speaking with customer service and offered a half hearted apology we where told the following Monday(6/11) the remaining parts of the order would arrive. Not happy- roller door supplied from Taurean to Shed bonanza. Have plenty of proof that door came incorrectly label from Taurean which has left us with a roller door that’s installed but incorrect length so we can’t close it- Taurean have proof from professional installer telling them door is incorrect, proof from shed bonanza that door was labeled incorrectly and photos now supplied from me but dragging the ball to get the door replaced.
