Taunya made the entire home buying process easy. She has some of the best contacts in the industry as far as inspectors, lenders, etc. She was able to keep me as well as the lender on track with meeting contingency dates even in the currently very busy real estate world. I did not choose one of the lenders than Taunya recommended. This was a big mistake. Working with Taunya in exploring a potential investment property was a great experience. We are grateful for how quickly she was able to meet with the seller, giving us the first opportunity to see the property before other buyers. I met Taunya years ago before my husband and I moved to Ohio and sadly couldn’t work with her as our realtor, however, she was able to introduce us to a colleague in our town who was amazing! Without Taunya and her vast network we would not have found our realtor and we would not be sitting in our home right now!
