The staff are extremely competent and want to satisfy their clients. They are friendly and very helpful.
Our first visit to Taunton Road Animal Hospital was an excellent experience. We recently relocated from London to Oshawa and were quite worried about finding a new veterinarian for our pug, Charlie. Meeting Dr. Michelle immediately put our minds at ease. Charlie is always very excited and can sometimes be difficult to handle, but Dr. Michelle was incredibly patient, understanding, and professional. We have been taking our cats to TRAH since 2020 and have always had good experiences with them. Our orange tabby is always a vet favourite because he's just the most lovable guy. The vets are always kind, answer all of our questions and want the best for our animals. We can usually get in fairly quickly when we need to and have received great care through them. As long as we're in the Durham region our pets will go here.
Great facility. Great staff. Great service. Thankful to have people who care about my cat.
