From the time we first walked in, the reception was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our new vet, Michelle, was able to answer all our questions. We never felt rushed during our visit and are pleased to develop a relationship with her as our go to vet in the future.
I have been taking my dogs to TRAH for many years. I cannot emphasize enough the professionalism, compassion and expertise of the doctors and technicians. The administrative assistants are pleasant, efficient and relay messages in a timely manner. Dr Jennifer Newhouse who has since retired and Dr Barb Phillips have seen me through happy and sad times with my dogs and have demonstrated honesty, expertise and compassion.
