I reached out to rent a few pieces for my daughter’s first birthday and the team was great! Huge shout out to Chris for coordinating my order. The equipment was in great condition and added to our party tremendously.
Great customer service and a very responsive team. I had an issue with a piece of equipment and they helped me trouble shoot it and made it right. They went way above and beyond. Great operation.
I did not have a good experience with this company. I rented a large tent, chairs, tables and glasses from this company. I was told I would have my tent delivered on Thursday for my daughters wedding on Saturday, the tent was not delivered until Friday afternoon and set up was completed Friday evening. There was many things i planned to use as decor for the tent but never got the chance to despite pulling an all nighter to get dance floor, tables, chairs, florals, table setting and what should have been lighting in the tent.... read more
