The staff really take the time to care for you and they keep the uptake of the property very nice.
We have had a very positive experience with Taunton Gardens Leasing Personnel. James has been very responsive and welcoming. We are excited to be part of this community given our experience with the application process and move-in. The current online process is difficult to follow but they are upgrading to make that a better experience for new tenets and applicants.
John is the best! He always does a great job and is so kind and friendly to everyone!
Just moved into the community and I could not have asked for a better experience. James was beyond helpful throughout the entire leasing process, and has even taken the time to reach out and make sure we have settled in without issues! Super kind and personable staff all around! The complex itself is so clean. Playground is nice! The one service request (which was just to replace a light above the sink) was completed before I even got off my work shift, less than 8 hours later!
