I've lived at Taunton Gardens for 5 years, so I can provide insight into what it's really like to live here. The apartments are fairly well-maintained, and the location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The complex does a good job at removing snow during the winter, and the maintenance staff is reliable and responds to requests in a reasonable timeframe. I’ve made this place my home in a very short amount of time and I truly love it. It feels private, and there is so much storage and space. It has everything I wanted including AC for the summer and an in-unit washer/dryer. The parking is convenient as well. I feel really lucky to call this place home. The communication from the leasing management office has been great, and they’ve been helpful and check up on residents which I appreciate because it allows me to feel comfortable if I’ve needed something. My fiancé, our rabbit, and I recently moved into Taunton Gardens for our first time living on our own, and we love our complex and the community. The apartment is lovely and very spacious, including a beautiful, brand new kitchen. The complex is close to many shopping places and restaurants within walking distance, which makes it incredibly convenient. I would highly recommend Taunton Gardens to anyone looking for a place to live. Big thanks to our leasing manager James for making our move-in fast and easy to accomplish
The staff really take the time to care for you and they keep the uptake of the property very nice.
We have had a very positive experience with Taunton Gardens Leasing Personnel. James has been very responsive and welcoming. We are excited to be part of this community given our experience with the application process and move-in. The current online process is difficult to follow but they are upgrading to make that a better experience for new tenets and applicants.
