Was a loyal customer for years, a few months ago they consolidated delivery routes. Constantly didn’t get papers or was late. When they raised their rates I cancelled.
Having real Customer Service would be a good start!

We signed up for the paper . IT NEVER CAME!!! We got the bill . I called and complained did I ever get the paper?? nope ! did they have a refund my money? Then we got a letter in the mail about the subscription that I canceled to get their special rate ! Really ? Please Refund our money .... no paper ever came !!! Good bye gazette ...

Just paid $3.00 for a Sunday paper with no flyers at all in it!!! If it wasn’t for my Mom wanting it I would NOT of paid for it!!!! Why have you gone so downhill these last few years??
Since paying 3 weeks ago, I'm missing every Sunday paper, 2 Saturday papers, and roughly 5 other papers. They don't count the "credit" they give you for missing papers towards the money you paid, so canceling doesn't refund anything. worst newspaper company ever.
Very irresponsible paper!!!! We have been customers for over 20 years and the last 2 months have not received the paper, or received late afternoon. We were forced to cancel it after numerous calls with them which did not fix anything.
