Tauna E. did an awesome job selling my rental property. While I was in California, she arranged for my house to be painted, carpet replaced, and prepared for sale. When she saw that my roof had been damaged due to hail, she worked with my insurance company to have the roof replaced (at almost no cost to me) I felt like she was an agent and general contractor rolled into one. Tauna was an awesome realtor! We were not sure where we wanted to end up but knew it needed to be within an hour commute to my husband’s office. So she showed us homes from Calhan to Florissant to Canon City. She didn’t complain or make us feel like a burden for being so indecisive on location. She was very professional, organized and time-oriented. When negotiations started, I always felt like she had our back and would fight to get us what we needed. We felt very well represented and felt that our voices were always heard.
Tauna is amazing! 🤩 She went above and beyond, trying to help me and my fiance find the PERFECT house.
