This company called to make an appt with us for 08/11 @ 10am. @ 10:18. I called and had to leave a message. @ 10:30 Andrew Taulbee called back told me he was running extremely late. He did not call, email or, text to let me know he was running late. Which would have been the professional, customer friendly, courteous thing to do.
