I had a great experience living in one of Tauber Properties' Carroll Gardens apartments for three years. The building’s location, high-quality windows, and overall construction were excellent. It was the first apartment I lived in where I couldn’t hear my neighbors! Management was responsive to minor maintenance requests, and the super was friendly and capable.
I lived at one of their properties for three years. Great apartment. Management was accommodating, helpful and understanding to personal situations.

I'ved in NYC for 10 years and the Tauber brothers are by far the worst landlords I've ever had to deal with. They're mostly irresponsive when it comes to taking care of things in their building, but when they do reply, they lie and are extremely rude. Our building has a bedbug infestation that they "take care of" by sending an inspector who just shows up with an alcohol spray, which is just a temporary superficial fix.
