One of the worst management companies imaginable. Our building has caught fire twice due to their neglect. Not to mention the roaches, mice, and leaks. They will screen your calls and feign ignorance. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague. Edit: We had a third electrical fire, leaving all of us homeless. They're continuing to screen our calls.
Their handling of my common charge account has been both incompetent and unprofessional.
Do not rent an apartment managed by this organization. Due to neglect, apartments and building are rundown, unclean and filled with cockroaches and mice (no exaggeration). Taube and some associates are sweet on an individual level but the organization as a whole is a mess, will not answer, will screen your calls if they don't want to deal with you wont resolve issues long term etc. etc. Super is horrible. 100 Sullivan is a major pass for the money and the cleanliness problem.
