Tatyana was absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. She’s also a fantastic negotiator — she negotiated to have the entire house repiped at no cost, secured a free water heater replacement, arranged a discount for future AC repairs since the internal unit was old, and even got us additional seller-paid closing cost credits.
