I contacted Tatum Realty a couple weeks ago to have them show us a property in the Elizabethtown area. We are out of state buyers and had our daughter lined up to see the property. She would be driving 1.5 hrs. from Jacksonville to view the property. Donna Davis, was our contact. So literally a few hours before on the day of the showing she sends me a text saying we have to sign an exclusivity agreement with their firm or they wont show it to us. Just be careful when you lease property from them. They leased me a house in June of 2019 that had been in foreclosure for well over a year and claimed to know nothing of it when i questioned them about the foreclosure letters I started getting a few months after I moved in. After i finally confronted Joe Tatum about these letters he jumped ship on the property the very next day (with a text) and had the audacity to ask me to sign a deposit transfer letter so they could send my deposit to the owner who is being sued for not ... read more
