Moved down to the Valley. Finding a new PCP is not my favorite. I got in quickly to establish myself, Dr. Nichols listened and took care of me. Every time I've been (I show up early), I was seen before my appt time. The nurses are awesome and friendly. Front desk is awesome. Much appreciated. I almost didn't write a review, because it was a good secret. They deserve a fuller waiting room and can handle it, though. Thanks Dr. Nichols and staff 💪

My recent annual physical included a lab. The scheduling process was well organized that included text messaging for reminders. My appointment times were about me and my wait times were surprisingly short. The staff are very nice and professional. Most importantly I am pleased with the knowledge and experience my doctor provides along with the resident health care providers who reviewed my vitals. Optima medical has really stepped up the last year. They used to be a different doctor / practice and I believe I was transitioned to Optima medical. They use metrics and tracking to resolve illnesses in a very factual and scientific way. My Dr. (Benjamin Vandersommen) has helped identify issues I never realized I had that were related to the terrible way I was feeling.
