I had work done there twice and each time I felt as though I was discouraged from getting what I really want and told 'no' because of my complexion. Im not sure if the artist was just uncomfortable with my requests because of my skin color but honestly thats how it felt. I regret allowing myself to be discouraged but I can always go to someone else and have it corrected/additions made. Horrible service!!! Tell you u can walk in for an ear tattoo and then make you WAIT because NOBODY can do the tattoo except Vaughn.....what a joke!!!! A small ear tattoo really?? ‘ oh u should have made an appointment’ I WOULD HAVE IF U TOLD ME I NEEDED ONE. So instead let me sit outside in 90• heat for hours This place SUCKS
Terrible communication. I walked in to set an appointment with the receptionist and they were quick to take my deposit $100. I had to leave town and planned a trip to come back for my tattoo which is a cover up and I explained that from the beginning TWICE! And Twice I'm from out of state. She booked the wrong dates but luckly I called the day after to confirm to find this out and They told me to send my pics and call a few days ahead to confirm my appointment. I’ve been to Tattoo Ritual for 3 different sessions and I have to say, Jackie really does a phenomenal job! I still have a ways to go till it’s finished but from what is already done, I couldn’t be happier and I’m going to keep coming back. The place is clean and very comfortable. Also, I’ve been reading some of these comments and most of these negative comments are from friends of a disgruntled customer. Never stepped foot in the shop. Disrespectful and rude online.
Kate was incredible! I thought I knew what I wanted when I went in to the shop. After sitting down with Kate and discussing she drew up something even more amazing, it blew my mind. Not only is she extremely talented she made me feel comfortable and safe about the whole process. I would recommend her in a heartbeat whether it’s your 1st or 50th tattoo. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere all around. Thanks Kate!
I’ve have several tattoos in multiple locations. When I came here and got work done by Kate I was nice easy to talk to and did a great job I will def be coming back and have found my spot.
I've had 3 tattoos done at tattoo ritual. all by kaitlin. she's an amazing artist and she makes getting tattooed almost painless. her work is phenomenal. so much detail. highly recommend getting your next one by kaitlin! thankyou kaitlin!
