So unfortunately, the reason why this place is getting a lower rating is because they pierced my septum through cartilage and after directly saying that I have a nickel allergy was assured that the horseshoe is nickel free stainless steel. It being in my face for nearly 5 months was a dream turned nightmare as that bent silver piercing was the one I was pierced with, in fact, had nickel. Other than the clear negligence of metal allergies and a lighter note, the artists and piercers were very welcoming

The most professional piercer around. Every single experience I've had here , from simple jewlery changes , to friends getting pierced, to myself getting pierced has been nothing but clean and educational and done with meticulous attention to detail. Hes phenomenal at explaining placement, anatomy, and aftercare. 10/10. I couldn't recommend them enough. Their receptionist is the absolute sweetest too.

Andrea is truly amazing! So kind and professional. My conch piercing is healing up beautifully! She was patient with all of my questions, made sure I knew how to get ahold of her if any problems came up. Even offered to switch out to shorter bar, if needed, or change my piercing. And from the start, she was transparent with pricing (including jewelry price), which is rare. Clean place, love the attention to detail and service. I will definitely be back for more piercings!!!
