This is definitely one of our favorite go to spots for nigiri or sashimi bites. The owner is awesome and the entire staff is extremely welcoming. Everyone makes us feel at home and their suggestions are always spot on. This was our second visit, certainly won’t be our last. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu soon

Tatsumi is a truly hidden gem, tucked into the corner of a large (for atx) strip center parking lot, surrounded by corporate chain restaurants, with their rapidly declining quality and inclining prices, to the West, and what I assume is a bowling joint to the East. I worked nearby, and am obviously averse to private equity-owned corpo-cuisine, so naturally I ended up in a pleasantly stable chair inside of Tatsumi for an afternoon lunch date with a coworker (literally).
