The truest test of character is when things go south. Mr. Tatro was immediate in rectifying the situation when a (now..ex) employee mede a mess of my parent's fridge. He was more interested in correcting the problem as I was in correcting my parent's problem. It took him just a few seconds to do the right thing. Thank you, sir!!!!
