If you want everything to go wrong with every service appointment and subsequent follow up, then I would highly recommended this most unreliable so called full service appliance.
Terrible customer service. Came and looked at the issue, and said they would get back to us with options but never followed up. We called three times over the next month and they always told us they were looking into it but never called back. No apologies.
So bad. Feeling validated after reading the majority of these reviews. Our freezer was broken. (Our “garage ready” freezer.) Technician came out and literally took a look at the freezer, said it won’t work in the garage, took a photo and left. Couldn’t have been here a full 5 minutes. Said he would give us a call. That did not happen. Is this just customer service now?? Luckily the woman in the office recommended Sears or Best Buy appliance. Hoping for better luck with them!
I wish there was a way to give a lower rating but alas it will have to do. Please do yourself a favor and use ANY other company than this one! If you do have to use them ( as I did because they were the only company that dealt with the warranty) then be prepared for weeks to months of zero communication and absolute disregard for you and your needs. Good luck...
