I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Ratzenberger! My entire family (6 of us) had been going to another area optometrist for the 26 years we have lived in Washington. My contacts were bothering me and I had just started a trial pair when the shelter in place order began. I wore that pair for several weeks with no replacement and finally started to call my doctor to see if I could at least get another trial pair. Dr. Ratzenberger is so down to warth and very informative. I’d been dealing with an ongoing eye issue causing eye pain for nearly 10 years and had no idea there was a simple procedure available to resolve this issue! Not only did she forward me a journal article directly to my cell phone to educate myself more on it, but she also engaged my 4 year old who was with me during my appointment.
