Horrible! I called tp make an appointment and the receptionist started out the conversation with....If you looking for drugs, Maesyk doesn't prescribe them!......what if I had major surgery????? Just so happen, Im allergic to opoids!! F#@$&! Horrible office!!!
The whole office is a joke. Nobody in there knows how to deal with the public, nor do they care about you. As a doctor, with my life in your hands - you best show me you care about me. I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it - oh, wait it did - and they still didn't care. They never answer the phone. Nurses/doctors are never available. Appointments are booked 2 weeks out. And when you do get to talk to someone on the phone, you have your choice between a rude receptionist who loves to argue or a MA...who thinks his qual... read more
ZERO stars. Made appointment 2 MONTHS in advance. Office confirmed my insurance is accepted. I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease, Retrolisthesis, and severe Spinal Stenosis, so I only got maybe an hour of sleep before my early morning appt. I arrived 45 minutes early and had my paperwork (about 30 minutes worth) completed 15 minutes before my appt., as requested. I have been a patient at this practice since moving back to Adrian in 2013. I have been seen by two nurse practitioner here. I am mainly treated by Lou Ann Justus. Lou Ann is always pleasant, compassionate, thorough, and easy to talk to. She truly cares about her patients, and listens to their concerns. She is very good about wait times, which are almost always under 15 mins, but she takes her time during the appointment to address all of my concerns. I am very grateful to have found her!!
