If you have a luxury car, I strongly recommend not bringing it here. My friend took her vehicle in, and after they worked on it, the car no longer runs properly. When she tried to address the issue, they refused to fix the problem. She also has concerns that parts may have been taken from her car, as it was only about a year old and now has serious issues it didn’t have before. Warning – Please Read Before Going Here Please save your money. I went here expecting my car to be properly fixed, but instead my vehicle ended up in worse condition. After leaving my car with them, I noticed additional issues that were not present before. He also left another Mercedes key inside my vehicle, which did not sit right with me. The owner of Tateway Auto, Anthony, is a great mechanic and a great guy who will figure out what’s wrong with your vehicle and conscientiously explain your various options. I own and operate a foodtruck and twice so far Anthony has fixed tough mechanical situations with my rig and gotten me back on the road within a couple of hours, and for a reasonable price. I recommend Anthony and Tateway Auto very highly.
Excellent service. Great communication. You do not get this type of service anymore.
