Chuck from the Idaho Street store went above and beyond great customer service when he took the extra time to help my father out with rented equipment upon delivery. He recognized my 80+ year old father had bit off a bit more than he could chew and helped him out immensely. Chuck was so kind and wouldn’t even take a tip offered. Tates Rents exemplifies neighborly concern that is often lost these days. Thank you Chuck and hats off to Tates for employing wonderful caring people!!!
Went to Tate's Rents, i was inquiring about renting a piece of equipment that would bury perimeter wire for a dog fence. I had seen videos online of these types of machines that are very simple, 2 wheeled, self propelled units. Tate's said they had one and loaded it in my car. I asked if they had instructions or could they show me how to operated the unit.
