We needed a dump trailer last minute, luckily Tates in Caldwell was able to provide one to us on an early Saturday morning. Luis R. was out customer service person. Not only was he one of the friendliest people, he was genuinely kind. Got the trailer back before we thought we would, he gave me waters to hydrate and even brought the team out to meet the grandpuppies. Should have gotten a picture, darn it!
