Tate is polite and is a professional lawyer first. Only problem I have had with him is he claims a Oklahoma state agency can not change what a judge has signed yet that agency ignores the court order and disregards the judge's order. He never has given an explanation or even tried to stop the Oklahoma agency from violating the court order. He has never given me a record of hours he has spent on my case. Makes me wonder if he even keeps a record. I would advice anyone to ask him and have it in writing before hiring him exactl... read more
