Crap buying experience, ran me around in circles while trying to buy a truck. I was trying to buy a truck from them. I drove 30 min to the dealership twice trying to see the vehicle, first time I'm told I cant see it as its in service. Second day, I see it & I wanted to test drive the vehicle, they say it needs new leaf springs and I can test drive once its done. I checked up with them about it just about every day. Clay the Sales person was incredible, helped out with the process, explained everything thoroughly. Jordan the Finance Manager was equally good, he presented all options and patiently customized the packed to suit our needs. In many places what I really don't like is that they force you to take additional options to drive the sale - here it didn't happen what I really appreciate. Had a great experience working with Krystal to purchase a used car and also received a very fair offer on a trade in. If you do purchase here, go with an outside creditor (pro tip for any used car purchase). I was able to get a rate that was almost 3% lower than the finance manager’s best offer.
The guy refused to give us prices. He was too lazy to look up the vehicle specs when we called. All he did was like the stereotypical horrible salesman was repeat over and over "when can i schedule you an appointment to come in?". Maybe they do not give employees access to computers smart phones or their inventory or pricing?
The sales team is great but I can't say the same about the service dept. They are dishonest. They locked up the radio system in my car & refuse to make it right. I went in with a functioning system, but left with no radio, no camera, no ability to see the time or what setting my a/c or heat are on. I can no longer use my phone while driving. In addition, Kevin also lied about informing me of issues with my car. He is horrible and the service manager is too.
