My husband and I bought a house a few years ago listed by Homepath. Carol Tate is the listing agent for most, if not all of the Homepath properties in Memphis. It was not a good experience AT ALL! The home needed many repairs which they reluctantly did in a terrible fashion. They hired the most incompetent people in the area and some looked like they were off the street.
