Purchased my 2024 Ram 1500 in Dec of 2024 brand new with 25 miles on the odometer with the Black Widow Package from Thornton Ram in PA. I was told that all required maintenance can be performed at any Ram Dealer. I come to Tate Dealership because it is only 3 miles from my home and while they will do the oil change, they (Service Manager) give a disclaimer that they are not responsible for damage to aftermarket wheels when the technician rotates the tire/wheels. I made an appointment at 7:45am for my Jeep to be looked at. When I dropped it off and told them what was wrong, they told me they would be in contact with me once they do the diagnostic. I waited until 2pm to call since I didn’t hear anything. Service advisor made it seem like they were still trying to figure out the issue. Joe was good. In fact, everyone there was very professional and accommodating. I ended up not buying because they didn’t have the Jeep I wanted. They still took time with me. My gf bought a jeep there 2 weeks earlier and they treated her very well. Good place to buy from
