When I bought my truck here, I went with an approval from the bank already. I had asked them to not pull my credit report and also to not shop me around. They ignored both of those requests and ran my credit through 8 different banks and did not use the bank that I already had an approval from, which for more than I was financing. I searched for a RAM 1500 Limited and Tate was the best deal I got. Customer service was great. My car salesman, Carlos, was energetic and willing to help me out with any questions I had. He went above and beyond when it came down to finding the right vehicle and was honest with me the entire time. Definitely ask for Carlos if you're looking to purchase from Tate Used Cars!
I honestly cannot believe I am writing a 1-star review for this place, because the experience started out so positively. Also, our Sales Rep may be stuck in the middle, so it may not be his fault, but at the end of the day, he was the one lying to us.
