You can tell he’s a family man who truly cares about his customers—not just selling a car. When one vehicle didn’t work out (my choice), Sal made a list of my must-haves and found great alternatives. Word on the streets is your customer service is trash and you overtly ignore the purchased warranty.
My mopar wheel lock broke and I need new tires. AAA got two locks off my tires but can’t get the other two. The dealer said they have a master key, and could remove these in minutes. I was quoted $190 for labor and told it would take an hour. How does AAA get two off in 3 minutes and the dealer says it’ll be an hour. Your service department is a joke.
Good people no pressure. Until the car needed work .Even though I paid almost 2000 for a warranty they wouldn't fix the car never again would I buy from Tate.
This was the absolute worst car-shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman was less-than enthused about showing the vehicle and was on his phone the entire time. We were very clear on wanting the car and had already test-driven it. The salesman and sales manager refused to show us any sort of estimates or options, and was trying to get us to sign off on the car at MSRP when they had a discounted price on their website.
