I bought an Ally Auto Care maintenance plan from a Jeep dealership a few years ago and Tate had previously always honored the oil changes through this third party insurance. I took my Jeep in yesterday and they let me know that they have now decided to charge a $50 service fee for all Ally Auto Care plan holders to receive their previously (fully-covered by insurance) oil change.

This dealership is a scam. They have a -DDD rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. They had my vehicle for over a month, and it's still not fixed for what I originally brought it in for. I had a $3200 rental bill because of this crap dealership. They refused to issue a loaner for having my vehicle for so long. Every time they said my car was ready, there was another issue they "just found." Good buying experience but one star for me due to the unwillingness to help with an issue after the sale. These guys won't properly report the sale of my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid to the IRS via its Energy Credits Online portal for the $7,500 federal tax credit. I bought my car on Jan. 1, 2024, when the new reporting rules went into effect.
