Avoid the Tate Dodge Express Service Department. I came in today (09-24-26) for an oil change on my Durango SRT. The two service receptionists (one was a white female and the other was a black female) did not acknowledge me while I waited in line for service. An elderly Marine veteran came right in the door and was immediately helped. Got off my job at 5pm. Arrived 5:30 pm. I test drive the car I wanted. I came with my own finance 4.4% and a blank check. I received a discount for working at Johns Hopkins.I asked for out the door price. The car comes with a 3month warranty . I appreciate no games nothing extra.I was out the door on the road at 7:15 in my new car. Thank You Keith. I would definitely recommend!

Smoothest car buying experience ever! Found the truck online, confirmed the pricing ahead, and when I got there it was smooth sailing the whole way through. No games, no BS, no high pressure sales nonsense. They were generous with my trade appraisal and stayed late to finish the transaction. Totally worth the nearly 90 minute drive.
Had an amazing experience purchasing a RAM 2500 Laramie from this team. Luis was an amazing salesman that really took his time and did not rush my buying process or try to push me into one exact vehicle. Took his time to explain all features and was clearly well versed in all the features they could offer to help find the perfect truck for me. Ralph was also great walking me through the paperwork and financial side of buying. Will be recommending this place to anyone I know in the area looking for a new vehicle.
