Wow. We got a recall that the manufacturer says is serious. We have called this company for three weeks now. No response. This is not the first time we had issues. The sales manager and GM are the worst I've seen . Go to JBA

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Tate Dodge. I brought my vehicle in for routine service, trusting that it would be properly handled by their service department. Unfortunately, during the service, a part on my vehicle was broken. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage that occurred while my vehicle was in their care, I was told that I would have to pay for the replacement. Excellent customer service from start to finish! We started our new car search over a month ago, Luis Aulet was patient and very informative of the vehicles I asked to see. We left because I wasn’t quite ready to purchase, he did not pressure us at all. We went back today and had the pleasure of working with Luis again!
