The absolutely worst service I ever got from the sales manager at Tate Dodge in Glen Burnie Maryland I brought my vehicle in he tried to charge me more for shop supplies. it could not figure out what was wrong with my car it was supposed to be the actuator. I would not suggest taking your car to take Dodge my wife took her minivan there so far they had it for over 5 weeks they keep finding stuff around with it they said that they broke a bracket I know they broke it and it wasn't broke they broke it and they keep breaking stuff and saying it was broke they don't call back and let you know anything they put you on hold and keep you on hold and don't call you back they don't tell you anything and then after they fix it you're taking it back the following week cuz something else w... read more
I searched for a RAM 1500 Limited and Tate was the best deal I got. Customer service was great. My car salesman, Carlos, was energetic and willing to help me out with any questions I had. He went above and beyond went it came down to finding the right vehicle and was honest with me the entire time. Definitely ask for Carlos if you're looking to purchase from Tate Used Cars!
Tate Jeep was great!! Got a great deal on a very nice Jeep. The staff was very friendly and Fred Martin was amazing and extremely helpful!! Would definitely recommend this dealership!
