I love these apartments. They are nice and clean. Tho I did see some gum on the carpet in my room it was mostly ok. The kids there were very kind. I recommend this place if you’re trying to find a nice affordable place to live in.
I’ve been trying and trying to get ahold of someone via phone or email and no return call or email. Was looking to move into a unit in a month or 2 & can’t get anyone to reach back… not sure how to feel about this place.
I have called several times and left numerous voice messages. I have yet to get a phone call back and it has been 2 weeks. As a Property Manager myself, this is completely unacceptable and shameful!
I still live here (going on 2 yrs now), and currently looking for a new place to live. It is pretty much the upgraded ghetto. During an inspection, my daughter was taking a shower in one of the bathrooms and the maintenance guy clearly could hear the water running and asked me if anyone was in there. After I had confirmed that my CHILD was taking a shower he proceeded to knock and try to open the door.
