Like the other reviews on here, I also have called and left voicemails and have not received a call back yet. Because the replies on the reviews say to email them for best results, I decided to also send an email. In which case I did not receive an email back either. I am interested in rinsing an apartment, but not able to rent one from here because no one is returning my call or email. Why can’t nobody answer the phone ? why is nobody ever in the office ?
Don’t move here. One elevator was down for over a year and now the other is broken since June. Still no word on getting it fixed. All kinds of smokers in stairwells and hallways even though it’s a non smoking facility. When the elevator was working, someone or something kept peeing in it. People leaving trash all over and just not caring. At one point some lady was even letting her dog pee and poop in the hallways.
I don’t even live here and I was interested in renting , but I have been calling for HOURS , DAYS & no answer .. I am very very disappointed! What’s the point of having a listing up and having no one to answer the phone! If you are hiring for a new agent in office give me a call I would love to do a better job than who you have at the property! Do YOUR JOB!!!!!
