Had oil change done today.....I drive a box truck over the road so I visit many dealers across the country. Rob in service was extremely professional and he went out of his way to get my oil change when many other dealers won't do. Rob took the initiative to take care of his customer....I wish all dealers would do the same. All the mechanics that worked on my vehicle were professional and polite.

This place is a joke the lack of communication between Taylor and Roger. The manager brought my truck in. They had it for two months. Mechanic got fired or quit during my job damaging my truck with their toolbox. Had to go to the body shop there’s more days.Got it back leaking oil everywhere now they’re making me take my truck back to them to do the repairs again no more communication what a joke place Roger likes to hang up on people and Taylor just likes to get smart on the phone. Had a good experience. The one thing I didn't like is I had to call them at the end of day to see what was going on with my car because they didn't call me and it was getting late. Also when I first came into the office nobody offered to help

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tate in Glen Burnie. I originally scheduled an appointment to have an electrical issue diagnosed and an oil change completed while my vehicle was there. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't even look at the electrical problem and that I should reschedule because the diagnosis would take a few days. They suggested I wait until after I returned from vacation. After my vacation, I waited another two weeks for my rescheduled appointment. My vehicle was at the dealers... read more
