I made an appt 2 weeks ago to get a recall repaired. She put me on hold to check on the parts. 2 weeks later on 9/22, I arrive at the appt they DON’T HAVE THE PARTS. I left work early for this. So now I have to leave work early again when the parts arrive. The mechanic (white guy, long hair with piercings in his lips) kept walking passed me & telling the service advisor (with his back to me) what was wrong with my tires, instead of addressing me directly. This location is the worst Dodge of all. My company has 31 total vans all under extended warranty with Dodge. Every time we call we never get an answer. Half the time we get an answer its to say that the "tech is not in" When we call for a service advisor or their supervisor they are on lunch. I understand everyone needs time for lunch but the advisors here are on lunch it seems from 12-3ish every time we call. This is an on going issue and nothing ever seems to improve here. My experience has been worse than any other service department I have ever been to. My car suffered critical engine failure at juts 60,000 miles (which tells you a lot about the quality of Chryslers in general, but I digress).
