Please save yourself the agony and find someone else, worst experience of my life. Tate was never on site, unlicensed plumbers were hired that clearly did not know what they were doing, expensive pluming fixtures were thrown away never to be replaced, hot and cold pipes were mixed up. Upstairs washer wasn't properly connected, water poured down our walls on first use. All four showers had faulty pan installation because an unqualified mason was used for tilework and pan. I have first hand knowledge of multiple clients that say Tate is a terrible homebuilder. My neighbor had a major project through Tate that took years and eventually they had to do the work. Another is an industry professional that has had to come behind Tate multiple times and re-manage to the get the projects back on track.
