I’ve heard more negative than positive about this dealership. I tried to work with service in the past they give you a date a month or longer when to bring it in. I called Lubbock and they said bring it right on and we’ll get on it. Ive had several jeeps they’re known for their death wobble every other service I’ve talked about knows what it is as their service department. Said they didn’t know what it was. That makes me a little bit leery.
Call for parts are service they pick phone up put back on hold never say nothing then hang up then you call back oh they are gone . What a joke of a place to say they help
Is all a lie dont even believe what they said about them getting you into a new vehicle and pay off your negative equity from your trade in waste OF TIME AND LIES
Horrible service, horrible management and they take forever to do any repairs. They sold me a new vehicle with a lot of issues, gave me the runaround. I would not recommend!
Great service and they got me in Jeep that I enjoy driving. Thank you so much Staleigh Lilley and Management team for working to make it happen
