Are you still catering? Nobody returns calls or emails. I understand the company has been sold to a new owner but would like to think this will improve sometime soon. I've had 2 events in the last year where we wanted Tate and Tate for catering and I never got calls or emails back so had to move on to the next catering business. Stars are for the beautiful hard working workers at the Redmond site kitchen. Such sweet friendly employees while making salads etc. Customer service for catering needs work.
Tate and Tate catered our wedding last weekend. The food was great the service was awesome. We had lots of our guests complement the catering and the entire even. Rachel from Tate and Tate was easy to work with and did whatever we wanted. They made it easy for us so we didn't have to think about anything. Thanks Rachel and Tate and Tate.
The Tate and Tate food truck at River’s Place took advantage of our 8-year old daughter by manipulating the amount of the tip. We come to River’s Place regularly and she loves taking my CC to place her own orders. She knows how to tip or not, and this food truck tried to add an additional dollar amount to her bill. Nice try! And shame on you. Never again Tate and Tate. I doubt Paul and Jess will love hearing about this, either.
