Called to see if they took my new insurance since I was an established patient. They took down my information and called me back to schedule an appointment and said my insurance was good. Now that I've received a bill, they are out of network, and I am having to cover 100% of the costs out of pocket. They could have been honest and told me they didn't accept my insurance but instead I was lied to. I expect more from a practice that I've been coming to for 10 years (previously Dr. Hilliard's).

This is a great dental office. Both Tate & Hutton are extremely likeable and relaxed and very efficient. I've been impressed each time I've had an appointment. The office staff is pleasant and comfortable. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit with them! They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I really appreciate how caring the staff is with you, and your time. They work with you and don’t add extra costs or procedures. I also enjoy the big windows and scenery that one looks out of when your in the dentist chair!
