I recently visited Tacto due to some gear-pulling issues with my Audi. Although the owner couldn't accommodate me the same day, he promptly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I returned with my children, he took my car in first thing and made sure we were comfortable during the wait. The service was outstanding.
