I had a very disappointing experience at this showroom. During my purchase process, the quotation provided was different from the amount demanded at the time of billing. Extremely disappointing experience with this showroom. They give one quotation at the time of booking and demand a different amount during billing. When I questioned the price difference, I was threatened that my booking would be cancelled and the vehicle would be allotted to someone else. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this showroom. Customers are given a quotation at one price, but when the vehicle reaches the billing stage, a higher amount is demanded. This needs serious uplift of facilities, services, soft skills and qualities of display. In my visit for sierra ev, vehicle on display has no battery left so couldn't be started. Second vehicle keys were nowhere. Third vehicle was full of dust. Nobody offers you water or tea. Sales Executives are not well dressed. So the first experience becomes below expectations. That seriously affects your buying decision. Learn from Hyundai, Kia , Toyota or better GERMANS on how to treat a customer.
