I called the company's contact number for new CV car purchase , and the call was answered by a person named Kamal. I requested that he share the contact number of a Rajput colleague working at EV segment, as I had forgotten his name and was unable to find it in my phone because I couldn't remember under which name I had saved the contact. Pathetic service. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your dealership. I booked a Tata Punch with your showroom more than three months ago, but the vehicle has still not been delivered. This delay is far beyond the promised timeline and has caused me significant inconvenience. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of proper communication or updates regarding the delay. Such poor customer service reflects a serious lack of professionalism, commitments
Very bad service from Tata. I do not recommend buying a Tata EV based on my personal experience. If you face even a minor issue, be prepared to leave your car at the service center for 10–15 days. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has been very disappointing. This is purely my personal experience.
