Don’t buy a car from this showroom. Very poor service. I had a very disappointing experience with Riya Autolink. I purchased a Tata Nexon from this showroom and also referred two of my friends—one bought a Tata Nexon and the other purchased a Tata Punch. At the time of purchase, the executive Mr. Prashant clearly promised me two gifts for these referrals. This showroom provides extremely poor service, and the management behavior is very unprofessional. I strongly advise against buying any car from this showroom.
One star, ONLY BECAUSE NEGATIVE STARS NOT POSSIBLE Riya Autolink is a masterclass in frustration. Since day one, they have been completely opaque regarding my delivery date, offering nothing but VAGUE TIMELINES AND ZERO TRANSPARENCY.
