While everything was fine until I took the delivery of Car- the after sale service is horrible- they do not respond to calls and whats app msges even after blue tick. I have taken the delivery of car 2 months back and they have still not processed the refund amount I paid to book the car on lease. Also there is absolutely no support for arranging free service - its better to book car with dealers who are also authorised service centers. The Sales guy Pranay Shinde and Vikas Luthra are absolutely not bothered to return calls ... read more

Crew was polite but the finance team was as rude and arguing The car was already driven 85km which was also not informed Before booking I informed the new updation price if it is going to happen I will not book they it will not happen and took the booking and after 3 days called and told do 100percent payment or new price will applicable I had to be in bank while day for loan
